I secured 253 category rank from sc category from Haryana in jipmer.i get jipmer college or not .if I get so in which round of counseling !

If cutoff remains similar to last year then you may get seat at least by the end of counselling process. Last year the cutoff for SC category for all rounds was around 318 category rank. Even a slight deviation won't affect the cutoff much.
