According to previou year cutoff of Ts-Eamcet the closing rank of CMRK for ECE under BCD Boys Category is 25534 and  the closing rank of MREC for ECE under BCD Boys Category is 25003.Hence, as your rank is baove that it would be hard way to get the seat in both the college but if your luck works then you can get the seat.
