I secured 2749 rank in CET(BBA)2019 and I am only getting second shift in good colleges like Agrasen and Surajmal, can I get first shift?

If you are getting 2nd shift the the first round of counselling in these colleges, then there are good prospects that you may get 1st shift as well in the upcmong second or third round of counselling. Also you should consider other good colleges for BBA in accordance to your rank and domicile status, where you have more probability of getting admissions as a backup. Naming those colleges below:
