HELLO KEDUOSELIE solo,

as you secured a rank of 6638 in the ST category in jee-main it is very good

there is agricultural 4 years course through JEE-MAIN but not in the IIITs and NITs

this agricultural course was in GFITs in one institute that is ASSAM UNIVERSITY,SILCHAR

if you interested you can fill the choice in web options you have a chance of getting it

As per your ranking in JEE Mains Examination you can't get admission in any government college for Agricultural course. This is due to your very very high rank and as per previous year cutoff ranking which you can check yourself also by visiting official JOSAA website.
