Yes,since you have got amazing results in both 12th boards and JEE MAINS, you can easily get CSE in VIT Vellore. You can get it through general category as well. There won't be any issue to get the stream you wish.I would infact suggest you to apply for the admissions as soon as possible.
According to your marks in boards, your percentage would be 88.2. You can apply for the VITEEE application form. This year VITEEE was cancelled due to the current pandemic. This year admissions to various courses will be done on the basis of merits in class 12. Students who have qualified for JEE Mains will be given higher preference.
Also as this is the first time that VITEEE was cancelled, there is no prior data. So please apply for the application form. The last date is July 31, 2020. The authorities will prepare a merit list for the selected students. Based on the merit list students will have to visit the counseling center and verify their documents.

Hope it helps
VIT hasn't mentioned any specific requirement of marks and jee mains percentile for admission. They have only said that the admission will be based on 12th board percentage and candidates having JEE mains score will be given weightage.
The merit list will be prepared based on number of applicants and range of marks and considering various other things. But considering you boards percentage and JEE mains percentile, you have decent chances of getting admission in CSE in VIT.
I hope this helps.
