Hello,
It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs differ for each category, for general category you have chances for private medical colleges for management quota seats preferably. For government colleges you have almost no chances. For previous year cutoffs, check the link here-

Now regarding dropping out, it totally depends upon you. However would suggest you to sit for another attempt next year, try to score much better for securing government college seats. Now the final decision is yours.
Check out our NEET college predictor to predict your colleges based upon your stats -

Thank you.
Hello,
You did not mention your category, so i will consider you as a general category student. As per last years cutoff, you have some chances of getting colleges like.
- AYAAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (MBBS)
- BALAJI DENTAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD
- MEGHANA INST OF DENTAL SCI, NIZAMABAD
- M.N.R. DENTAL COLLEGE, FASALWADI
- SSDC(093)-SRI SAI COLLEGE OF DENTAL SURGERY, VIKARABAD
However choice is yours, if you feel like getting better score in NEET 2021, you can go for taking drop. You can also use college predictor tool to know about colleges that you might get.
