Yes you do have a chance to get a seat in a medical college. But, on the basis of previous years' cut offs, your score is a bit low for government colleges, although you can get a seat in government quota in private medical colleges under 85% state quota. Or else, if you want, you can also go for other non- MBBS courses (BDS for example). Check the college predictor link for a better idea.
