I secured 51marks in mains.my rank is 4443 in St category.i have any chance to get nit?

It's very difficult, not possible in the top 10.

Based on your jee mains score and rank you have very low chances of getting admission in any of the NITs or IIITs.But you will definitely get admission in top colleges like Silicon ,CV Raman,GL Bajaj,etc.
