Hi, longkim.

The minimum cutoff marks that makes you eligible to apply for the next round in cee based on your category is 41 to 45.

The minimum marks to get into four government colleges for your category is

Assam Engineering college 99

Jorhat institute of science and technology  94

Jorhat Engineering college 91

Bineshwar college 89

Dibungarh college 93

So you can not get into any government college based on your marks, but you can try in the counselling as many seats are left over if not you can always try for private colleges.

Hope this helps.

Since your marks are not so good, there is definitely very less chance for you to make to AEC(one of the best college under CEE)...

But, definitely you would be able to get a seat in JEC which is also a good college.
