i secured 578/600 . how many marks should i get to get a rank below 5000 please answer

You have not mentioned about the exam in which you have secured this marks and since every exam has its own cutoff, toughness level so one can't predict your rank without knowing about the exam. please mention what exam is it so that we can help you.
