I secured 59984 GMR in wbjee 2019 and 5446 in sc Category. Which government college I will get in this rank? Please suggest me.

Hi ! You can't get any government college with this rank for sure. If you with your rank of general then no chance at all. Still if you go with your sc rank, there is slight chance in Purulia and coochbehar government college with low branch for these colleges always have vast amount of vacant seat. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
