I secured 70 percentile and I am from obc category but in jee mains exam I filled general as my category, will I be able to get MITS gwalior, in cs steam or civil engineer ,my rank is 291774 and is there any procedure to change your category later ??

Once you fill the category in the form and get your result according to that category, you cannot change it.
