    Hi ! Bidhan Chandra krishi vidyalaya is one of the finest college of agriculture in west Bengal. Well, but in this case 82% in isc is not enough for this because only 25-30% are reserved for outside of West Bengal excuding hs examination. Mostly in this case the marks of ICAAR is also observed. After it may be impossible. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
