With your rank/percentile, the best college in Pune where you will get CSE would be VIT(Vishwakarma Institute of Technology). But you can never be sure of anything, so keep in mind other colleges also, Plan B if this doesn't work. You can also try through against CAP rounds or Vacancy rounds, which have lower cut-offs thus increasing your chances of admission. All the best!
