Hello Monica

GPA stand for cumulative grade point average and it is nothing but the mean of GPA.

To calculate cgpa just add all grade point obtained in all the Sem divided by the total sum of all credit hours

GPA is nothing but grade point average and it is the average of grade obtained by the student in each semester

To convert your cgpa into Percentage, just multiply with 10 or sometimes 9.5 as per the demand.
