99.89 percentile will be considered for your final result and all the admission which you will take because it is the maximum percentile among all your attempts so if you are not going to appear for upcoming session of JEE-Main 2021 then 99.89 percentile would be the final percentile for you and your rank will also be made on the basis of only this percentile.

> All India rank in JEE Main 2021 will be allotted to you on the basis of your best of four percentiles. NTA considers the highest percentile  scored by a candidate among all four attempts to calculate the CRL rank. In your case the July attempt is maximum percentile till now. If you score more than this in fourth attempt then that will be considered or if not, then July attempt will be considered (as it will be maximum amongst all 4 attempts ).
