Since you have scored 99 marks in JEE mains April session, your percentile would lie around approx 93 percentile, accordingly your general category rank would lie around approx 70,000.
With this marks , you can qualify for JEE advanced, but with this rank it's not possible to get any top NIT'S or IIIT'S.
