In order to get an idea about your chances, do write an CBT or an all-india test series. Your rank in these tests will give you an idea. If you are within 40, you have a good chance. If you are within 20, you have a better chance.

And your marks will always depend on the difficulty of paper, for instance:-

I wrote an AIIMS test at Allen, where I got 156 marks, which you might be thinking is a decent enough score to be in top ten! but no, I got rank 27. Then there was another test, where I scored around 130–135, I got a rank within 10!

That’s why your rank is a more better indicator than your marks. Another example is this year NEET rank vs marks list!

So, try to improve your rank rather than focusing on a specific safe score.

General/ OBC- Sorry Bro ! JUst missed. But yes you can join the other regional AIIMS. They are better than most of the State Colleges !

Since you have not mentioned your category, I'll say about all the categories.
If you are general, there is absolutely no chance of getting admission to aiims Delhi. But if you belong to some category, you stand a good chance.
But with this rank you may get into any other aiims.
