In order to get an idea about your chances, do write an CBT or an all-india test series. Your rank in these tests will give you an idea. If you are within 40, you have a good chance. If you are within 20, you have a better chance.
And your marks will always depend on the difficulty of paper, for instance:-
I wrote an AIIMS test at Allen, where I got 156 marks, which you might be thinking is a decent enough score to be in top ten! but no, I got rank 27. Then there was another test, where I scored around 130–135, I got a rank within 10!
That’s why your rank is a more better indicator than your marks. Another example is this year NEET rank vs marks list!
So, try to improve your rank rather than focusing on a specific safe score.

General/ OBC- Sorry Bro ! JUst missed. But yes you can join the other regional AIIMS. They are better than most of the State Colleges !
