I see many times, 9 cgpa student doesn't get placement and average student gets high placement Help me how to prepare to get high package. what should we do from first to last to select for highest placement ?
Dear Student ,
Placement / job recruitment does not always depend upon highest CGPA only but it also depends on the basic concepts that you have gained throughout your semester and your appearance in Interviews .Example: In technical domain.. you should be experienced and advanced about the practical things that you have learned in your B.Tech course , For getting job in IT fields , you should have the basic as well as advanced concepts about any one programming language. So, CGPA / DGPA is just a basic criteria that most of the recruiters wants high to guess their knowledge skills primarily.

Dear Student,
One thing you should note that the CGPA doesn't matter much in placement.
- If you are in good college like some top IIT's and NIT's then you will get many opportunity to get placed, you just need to brush up your skill, only somewhere CGPA matters like if many students pass the test then they will eliminate some of them on the basis of their CGPA.
- And if you are in tier 3-4 college or any private college then you will not get much opportunity to get placed in good company with good package, so one thing you can do is to learn every important skill related to your course and field and try to make projects to spend much amount of time in the good websites to practice question. Now here you have two option either you choose in campus placement of your college where the package is around 4-5 LPA average and here mostly companies are service based. Sometimes they also filter students on the basis of CGPA like they set the mark that only 7 CGPA or above students can sit in the placement.
The next thing you can try apart from in campus placement is you can try off campus placement where they don't care about your CGPA even if you have just passed the exam, here they only see your skill and logical approach to solve the problem. In Off campus placement you can also get into the product based companies according to your skill.
Good Luck :)
