I send my mbbs application form with entering wrong date is they reject my form?

Hello Aspirant!
No application form will not be rejected. However you will be given some time in the correction window period where you can edit your wrong deeds. Last year also many students did all these mistakes and they were also given some time to make their mistakes correct as they contacted to the NEET Examination controller cell.
