You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  college or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like your domicile state , number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 592 marks you may not get into Patna Medical College, Patna

For example,
In neet 2019,  617 marks for general category got a  seat in  a Patna Medical College, Patna   under Bihar State quota   .

But yes with your marks you can get other government Medical Colleges like:-

* Nalanda Medical College, Patna
