Kaviya, you can correct uploaded images only if NTA notifies you to. Now there is really nothing that can be done. If NTA thinks that the uplpaded signature doesn't fall in lines with it guidelines, it will notify you and you can change it during the correction period. If you do not hear from NTA, consider the signature to be accepted.
