I started banking preparation at age 19 went to Indore for that but was not confident and due to having 3 month's coaching only i felt all is going fast and felt low and came back to hometown now at age 20 should i try again from scratch after failing to be consistent last year ? Is age 20 is ideal?

20 years is not so big age. You should definitely restart. We always learn from our failures.  somteimes when we can't see the right path we should take a pause which gives strength and energy to proceed further. So you just had that pause. Be confident and start again. All the best
