I still didn't get a seat in josaa Councelling. My percentile is 74.537 and ST rank is 5757. I applied for northeast NITs only

Well you may still have some chance in the lower NITs if you just wait for the seventh round as well. We also need to see your home state quota which is quite important.
If you do not get a seat upto the seventh round then surely participate in the special rounds and fill the newly added GFTIs as well since their cut-off have gone quite low.
