I strongly want to persue research so which institute should I prefer ? IIT IISER or NISER ? Especially fir Quantum Physics and computing.

Dear Aspirant,
If you want to pursue research then the best institute in India is Indian Institute of Science. The best advantage it has over the IIT-Bombay is that the students there will get to see the research up close.
Then the next best is IISER as there also you will get more chances at becoming a scientist then IITs.
