Hello Sushil
Were you born in India?
If you are born in India, then you are a citizen of this country and can appear for your exams as a regular student, i.e.- Non-NRI.
However if you wish to avail the NRI quota then with the proof of permanent residence in another country you can apply for it.
The ease of admission is greater with NRI quota however the course fee is more for students entering through NRI quota.
Weigh the pros and cons of both the avenues available while making your decision.
Good Luck!
