I studied BSc 1st year in 2020-2021 and claimed 1st year fee reimbursement now I am joining btech 1st year again now can I get full fee reimbursement for again btech 1st year or can I refund my schlorship which I claimed 1st year to govt

Dear student,
YES you will have the fee reimbursement in the first year b.tech as it is the new course you choose and through all the counselling channel and process you are enrolled as new student so your scholarship and fee reimbursement form will be filled as a new student and the amount you will receive will not be related to one you got in B.Sc course.
And no you can not refund you scholarship back to the government.
