I studied in CBSE (2021), can anyone tell me what will be my tnea cutoff including the normalisation for CBSE students of 2021. i scored math-80, phy-94 and chem-96.
Hello aspirant!!
Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions counselling is done for filling the Engineering seats in Tamil Nadu based upon the cutoff marks scored in 12th class
The cutoff for TNEA is calculated as follows:
Cutoff = M + (P/2) + (C/2)
Where M refers to the mathematics marks, P denotes the marks scored in Physics and C denotes the Chemistry marks.
As per the formula, your cutoff for Maths -80, Physics-94, Chemistry-96.
Cutoff = 80 + (94/2) + (96/2)
= 80 + 47 + 48
= 175.
So your cutoff for TNEA is 175 out of 200.
Hope this information helps you.
Best of Luck!
