I studied MBBS in telangana under nonlocal category but I am a resident of andhra pradesh and my parents do live in Andhra Pradesh ,can I apply for Andhra Pradesh pg state counseling?

Hi aspirant The eligibility criteria for Telengana PG medical admissions mentioned that
Candidate must have completed their MBBS from Telengana itself
Hence you completed the mbbs in Telangana itself hence you are eligible for doing the pg in Telangana state
