i studied my 12th in chattisgarh and born in punjab and now living in karnataka preparing for neet from where am i eligible for state quota

In my knowledge if you have done both class 10th and 12th from Chandigarh then you are eligible for Chandigarh's domicile. if you are born in Punjab and have ancestral roots then you are eligible for that state domicile.
But the state from where you are preparing doesn't count

Hi Abhay,
The state quota's you are applicable for are PUNJAB and KARNATAKA. But if you can't apply both of the state's quota in one examination. At that point, your birthplace will be considered ie; PUNJAB. Even Karnataka is valid for state quota only if any/both of your parents work their and they have job as well as residential proof of Karnataka.
