Hi Candidate,

NRI refers to Non Resident Indian, that means a person who is born in India or has the citizenship of India but lives in a foreign country, where as a Non- Local is a person who is lives in the country but is not a local resident of that place, either he may be a migratory or a refugee.

In your case, you are a Non-Local of Telangana who is living in the state but have spent most of your life at other places, except Telangana.

Hope that this answer helps you.
