Yes, You may apply . For State govt. Jobs, the basic criteria is that you need to study the regional language up to 10 th standard and for SSC there is no such language concerns. Definitely you can apply. As you are doing BE, start preparing for SSC Junior engineer, Railway Engineering jobs etc. You may also write SSC CHSL, SSC CGL etc. Stay focus, start preparing for competitive exams.
