Based on your situation, since you completed your 11th and 12th standard in Karnataka and hold a Karnataka domicile, you would be eligible for the state quota for NEET MBBS allotment, even though you studied in Dubai before that; you can also avail of the benefits of the minority Christian 3B category within the state quota.

For NEET state quota, the deciding factor is where you completed your 11th and 12th grade, which in your case is Karnataka, making you eligible for the Karnataka state quota.

As a minority Christian, you can also claim the 3B category benefits within the state quota.
