I studied upto 10th in Telangana and joined intermediate in Andhra Pradesh my college applied for the migration certificate and they gave me only xerox i got into a medical college in Telangana can i submit those xerox copies at the time of certificate verification?

Greetings,

Certificates like Transfer certificate, Migration, character etc. are only accepted as originals and not as photo copies. Instead of waiting for your new college to object to your submitted document and make the procedure more hectic for yourself, it would be wiser to just ask for the original migration from the authorities that have issued them.
