If you are the native of Tamilnadu but completed your study in AP then you have to submit your nativity certificate only in online mode.

Hi Nagesh , 

Yes, you should definitely be providing a nativity certificate , because it is strictly needed for students who have come from other states to study in TamilNadu.So, please do apply for one if you dont have one already.And also arrange other documents perfectly and their copies ,always carry an extra copy of all the documents in case of an emergency during the ticket verification itself .
