I studied upto my 10th in AP and 11th,12th in different state board.Will I be local candidate for mbbs admission in AP?

It is not clear which State's domicile do you have. And you also haven't mentioned the State in which you completed your 12th from. Nevertheless, AP State Counselling has been categorised into 3 areas:
- Districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal are regarded as the Osmania University Local. Area of Telangana
- Districts of Srikakulam Vizianagaram, Vishakapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham are regarded as the Andhra University Local area of Andhra Pradesh
- Districts of Ananthapur, Kurnool, Chittoor,Çuddapph and Nellore are regarded as the Sri Venkateswara University Local Area of Rayalaseéma
To be considered locale to a particular area:
- You should have studied in an Educational Institutions of that local area for a period not less than 4 consecutive academic years.
- Either of your parents have resided in AP for more than 10 years consecutively
So if you have studied upto your 10th in AP and hold the domicile of AP, you are eligible for AP State Counselling.
