As of now the CAT exam pattern is similar to previous year and year before that as a computer based test of 3 hours duration. CAT exam pattern since 2015 has remained on the same lines. However, it might change in upcoming years as decided by the council. The topics to study for CAT are:
VARC: 1st section

- VA questions (Mix of MCQs & non-MCQs): Verbal Ability questions remain confined to 3 topics only – Jumbled paragraph; Para summary; picking the odd sentence out of the jumbled sentences
