I submitted my neet application form 2021 , and recieved confirmation page for the same but however I have a doubt whether we were upload our 10th marksheet as I wasn't able to do so. Please guide through the same.

NEET UG 2021 application has to be filled in two sets/phases. In first set you need to fill the Registration details, personal details, Educational details of class 12th and upload the documents- Passport size Photo, Postcard size Photo, Left Thumb Impression, Signature and Self-Declaration Certificate (Only applicable for J & K Candidates). In second phase you need to fill personal details, Educational details of class 10th, class 12th, additional details, parents income details and upload the documents- Category Certificate, Person With Benchmark Disability(PwBD) Certificate, 10th Certificate, Citizenship Certificate.
So in second set you were supposed to upload class 10th certificate.
