Code 02 is for students who have done 10+2 from physics, chemistry and biology from CBSE/ICSE/state board

Code 03 is for students who are in first year of any graduation course with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

Details provided by you shows that you are a dropper such means that you are still eligible for code 02 only.
