I submitted the seat acceptance fee of wbjee 2019 .but did not took admission.what about my refund of fee? Is there any rule for refund

Dear student, the counselling fee is only refunded if you do not get a seat till the mop up round. And as you had already been allotted a seat and you did not take admission, you won't be refunded any amount of the counselling fees. This is the rule specified in WBJEE counselling process.
