I take CSE in SASTRA Kumbakonam with submit fees and certificates then I get SASTRA Thanjavur councilng now certificates and fees transfer

Hey Pulla,
If you pay your fee to the college then money will not be transfered but if you paid to counselling organization then you have high chances to transfer your money. You can withdrawl your documents at any time.
