i taken first attempt of jee in 2018 as appearing candidate but I failed in boards and mains both and now I passed 12th in 2020 then if I fill form then my attempt should be counted in which I failed

Hello,

A candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year he/she had passed the qualifying examination that is 10+2. There is no number of limits to appear for JEE Main. If you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 then can appear for JEE Main 2020, JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022. Even though you have appeared for JEE Main 2018 you can appear for JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022 as you have passed 10+2 in 2020. To check more details use the link below
