Now coming to refund of fees, most of the colleges positively return the fees deducting a minimum processing charges, they will guide you how to apply for refund and you may have to submit a cancelled check and your bank details to get back the money. So follow their website and information brochure and send a mail in their enquiry mail id for the refund.
