I took admission in KCG college chennai but then cancelled it because i got IT seat in SSN. But i gave a 50,000 dd to kcg during admission procedure in 2019. Still my refund is not done. Any idea?? please help

Hello!
There are certain colleges where they will not refund your money. If you have signed a paper stating non refundable, then of course you cannot ask for refund. Most of the colleges will provide this form with your admission form. First check that if the money is refundable. If you are still in dilemma visit KCG and ask about your refund money. thank you so much for your response. But see actually the college is giving me dates that your refund will be done and it is run by Hindustan group of industries so now the college is telling me that it has sent my files to the company's accounts department. And whenever i call them(the company) they give me dates and say it will be done and give 1 week time everytime i call. So what exactly should i do now?

Explain your situation tell them that you have been told the same thing for a long time. Tell them you need an immediate response

Yes, go with legal actions but that might cost you more than your fee. So think about it.
