But see actually the college is giving me dates that your refund will be done and it is run by Hindustan group of industries so now the college is telling me that it has sent my files to the company's accounts department. And whenever i call them(the company) they give me dates and say it will be done and give 1 week time everytime i call. So what exactly should i do now?

rajveerjadav19 Explain your situation tell them that you have been told the same thing for a long time. Tell them you need an immediate response

i have done this thing and explained to both the institutions but still they are delaying things. They are not refusing for the refund but not doing it also. Should i take legal action?

rajveerjadav19 Yes, go with legal actions but that might cost you more than your fee. So think about it.
