I took bio-maths in my 11th and 12th std, which means i don't a CS background at all.. so what happens if i take EC engineering at cusat?

You need not have to worry for that because in engineering college courses are taught from the basic level and if your are not comfortable with the subject then you could consult professors.Therefore you could take admission in cusat without any hesitation.

Hello Cijo Varghese.

You don't need to have a Computer Science background for pursuing any course , be it Electronic and Communication Engineering. Almost all the colleges start from square one while teaching programming and other Computer science subjects.

Apart from that you have ample time in first yesr to master you programming skills. So go for it without having any second thoughts.
