I took computer science in 12th instead of mathematics.Is it possible to get BA(Hons) economics admission in Delhi university???

Yes, it will be possible for you to take admission in DU for the undergraduate course as you have mentioned BA (Hons) Economics. You have to score aggregate 45% marks in your higher secondary from any recognized board in order to be eligible for the admission process.

Even for those combo degrees?? I am from CBSE economics with a aggregate marks of 490 on 500...

No if you don't have had mathematics in class 12th boards then you are not eligible for admissions to the Bachelor's in economics honours course offered by the university of Delhi, New Delhi. You can not apply for admissions as you are not fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria.
You can apply to other Universities/colleges who don't have mathematics being in their eligibility criteria mentioning.

It is their eligibility criteria and mandatory for students to have maths in class 12th to take up eco honours, b. Com honours ,maths honours and other courses.
