i took one year gap and right now working in my dad's business i also do accounting work on tally will that be counted as work experience?

I understand how work experience plays an important role in today profesional environment, However since you are working in your own dad business it will not be counted as Experience, yes but you can mentioned under Extra work Activities column in your resume as this will be added advantage..
