I took up admission bsc first year but not give exam so code 5 is applicable for me

If your B.Sc has any of 2 subjects in Physics, Chemistry and Biology then your NEET qualificaiton code will be 5. If your B.Sc does not have these subjects then your NEET qualification code will be 2. Your relevant highest qualification will be taken into consideration and appropriate code will have to be used.
