You haven't mentioned whether the mismatch happened during filling the application form in December/January or during Correction window. If it was during the initial phases where you filled in the application form, ideally NTA would have informed you if the Uploaded images did not meet its set criteria. If you haven't received any communication from NTA during that phase when the correction window was open, you are fine because the uploaded images will be notified by NTA if there was any correction necessary. But if it is during the correction window that this happened, then we need to wait until the admit card releases. But this will have no bearing to your admission in MBBS, should you qualify in NEET and secure a seat in Counselling. Ideally the post card photograph was to avoid any malpractise. But we would still suggest you to wait as there is no potential damage to the admit card process. But for going to the exam, also take your.postcard size photograph along with your Passport size photograph.
